Your responsibilities

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founder and the leadership team to drive the company's vision forward and tackle operational challenges. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Support: You will assist the founder in developing and implementing company strategies by researching relevant data and insights, conducting analyses, and providing precise recommendations.
Project Management: You will play a key role in coordinating major projects and initiatives of the company by creating schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring all stakeholders stay on track.
Business Development: You will help identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships by conducting market analyses, assessing potential collaborators, and building strategic alliances.
Operations Management: You will support the optimization of the company's internal processes and workflows by developing efficient work methods, implementing tools, and continuously improving existing systems.
Communication and Collaboration: You will act as a liaison between the founder, the leadership team, and other team members by establishing effective communication channels, organizing meetings, and ensuring transparent sharing of all relevant information.

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the startup world or a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and self-directed work style with a high level of initiative.
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks.
Team player with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
Experience with Notion, Asana, and Slack is a plus.

OUR PRODUCT

We have developed an innovative AI software solution that can track the user behavior of your advertisements. We do not only help marketing departments to use KPIs that they can check with our data. Retailers also use our software to generate more revenue with data-driven decisions. E-commerce companies can fully understand the customer journey of their customers and the source of their online sales through us. Our tracking solution works across devices and platforms, and it's 100% GDPR compliant. How we manage to do that? Through our AI tracking algorithm, real-time reporting, and data-driven attribution.

WHO WE ARE

We are a team consisting of about 30 people at the moment. Our engineering teams (Tracking & User Experience and AI & Analytics) consist of about four people each. Currently, we are looking for both teams - Frontend for our Tracking & User Experience team and a Database Expert for our AI & Analytics team.

Also, we are remote first - which means that your location doesn't matter to us at all - we believe that you can work from anywhere! Therefore, our employees are located in Germany, Austria, and also in the Netherlands right now. To maintain our great team cohesion, we regularly plan a lot of cool team events to which everyone is invited.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Founders Associate wirst du eng mit dem Gründer und dem Führungsteam zusammenarbeiten, um die Vision des Unternehmens voranzutreiben und operative Herausforderungen zu bewältigen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen, sind jedoch nicht beschränkt auf:

Strategische Unterstützung: Du wirst Marius (CEO) bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensstrategien unterstützen, indem du relevante Daten und Erkenntnisse recherchierst, Analysen durchführst und präzise Empfehlungen gibst.
Projektmanagement: Du wirst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Koordination von wichtigen Projekten und Initiativen des Unternehmens spielen, indem du Zeitpläne erstellst, Ressourcen zuweist und sicherstellst, dass alle Beteiligten auf Kurs bleiben.
Geschäftsentwicklung: Du wirst bei der Identifizierung und Bewertung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Partnerschaften helfen, indem du Marktanalysen durchführst, potenzielle Kooperationspartner bewertest und strategische Allianzen aufbaust.
Operationsmanagement: Du wirst bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Abläufe des Unternehmens unterstützen, indem du effiziente Arbeitsmethoden entwickelst, Tools implementierst und bestehende Systeme kontinuierlich verbessert.
Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit: Du wirst als Bindeglied zwischen dem Gründer, dem Führungsteam und anderen Teammitgliedern fungieren, indem du effektive Kommunikationskanäle aufbaust, Meetings organisierst und sicherstellst, dass alle relevanten Informationen transparent geteilt werden.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Management, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Erfahrung in der Start-up-Welt oder in einem schnelllebigen Unternehmensumfeld.
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
Proaktive und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Initiative.
Fähigkeit, in einem sich schnell ändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen.
Teamplayer mit einer Leidenschaft für Innovation und Unternehmertum.
Erfahrung mit Notion ist ein Plus.
